The Executive Branch of the Kingdom is mostly represented by the Ministries that enforce laws pertinent to their fields and the King himself, who provides assistance, guidance and, if necessary, the last word to conclude a conflict or issue. Technically, no legal provision exists to stops the monarch from dissolving the branches, including the executive. This loophole, or lack thereof in fact, exists for the sake of the kingdom's survival. Since 250, this absolute power has only been waged twice, once during the Scorching, and a second time during the War of 491. It is a sort of show of trust to leave this possibility for the king in cases of utmost necessity, to expedite what could possibly be life-saving measures, as seen during the War.

The ministries are organized in such way that monitoring necessary activities and enforcing legal standards is simple. The hierarchy of each ministry is as follows:
The Prime Minister is the head of the executive and the effective head of state under the king's watch, proposed to the Council and voted by the people.
The Minister organizes the body's activities and representatives, collects information and provides reports to the PM, king and legislative branch, in addition to serving as a figurehead for each body and serving as a sort of secretariat role.
Regional Adjudicators are tasked with the local control and enforcement, and have managerial power over local areas or towns. They are chosen among the brightest or most skilled in their field, and have the goal of enforcing norms and standards at all costs. They typically travel within the nation's borders, and are regarded as ruthless judge, jury and executioner for breaches of workplace standards, discriminatory practices or unsafe conditions.
City Administrators organize the works of the local inspectors and act as makeshift local ministers, entrusted with the enforcement of norms and the correct deployment of their power. They can, and have been, dethroned by Adjudicators in the past. Administrators are chosen by the Minister after consultation with workers or citizens involved in their specific field.
Local Inspectors are chosen by Administrators and investigate breaches of legal standards or workplace incidents. They are generally entrusted with the power to halt activities in a workplace or environment, and by law, statements to an Inspector are subject to the crime of perjury. Additionally, the employer is expected to uphold safety in the workplace and is directly responsible for breaches of norms and standards.
