Rokran, officially The Socialist Union of Rokran, is a socialist dwarven nation located on the eastern continent, near the east coast and nestled in mountain ranges and underground. The nation is loosely bordered by Norelva to the west, although some of Rokran's tunnels are owned jointly by the two nations given how extensive the network is. Rokran's capital is Great Kramen, a city floating on a pool of magma and surmised to be floating on the inner crust of the planet. Rokran is a socialist nation: it is ruled by the Communist Party in two legislative chambers, one voted by the people and one representing the various areas of Rokran.
Rokran has mainly export-based economy and sells massive amounts of minerals and ore. It has a surprisingly high human development index and a strict enforcement of civil rights of dwarvenkind.
