Campir, officially The Divine Empire of Campir, is a an authoritarian nation located near the coast of the eastern continent of Oras, in a wide valley nestled between mountains to the south and north. The nation is bordered by Mixa to the north. Campir's capital is reported to be named Castrum Ferri, a large and vertically built city with wide roads and appearing to be a single large fortress. Campir is an empire, a hereditary one at that, and appears to be based on meritocracy and combat skill.
Very little is known about the Campir, who are strict isolationists and enforce this via violent and direct military action. Several no-fly zones are established near their territory, and sailors are urged not to approach territorial waters. There are extensive records of the amount of violence that imperial forces can exert. One example sees a merchantile ship being boarded and sunk via explosives, with the crew tied to the lower deck and left to drown.
What is known about Campir people is mostly findings and autopsies conducted during the war. Campir appear to be extremely tall, slender humans with pale skin and regal facial features. With black or grey hair, they have a resemblance to drow or elves but are fully human. No other races have been found among Campir ranks. Their armor and weapons are finely crafted but unadorned, typically plain and undecorated or unpainted, although some were spotted wearing cloaks and feathers on their helmets. The armor itself is bulky, thick and heavy, made up of two layers of light metal. It features a faceless helm with an angular design, large shoulder pads and a belt filled with tonics, potions and other necessary items. Most notably, their long, thick swords are strapped to their hand with iron wire thorns, forcing the soldier to grip the weapon even in death. One final detail is the presence of whip marks, scars and wounds on every soldier found, unrelated to and older than any injuries suffered in battle.

Norelvan military researchers were able to deduce the Campir religious system by some hints. Firstly, all soldiers appeared to be decorated with a small symbol or logo, each with a different one if not for a handful of cases in which two soldiers shared the same symbol, together with similar facial features. This led researchers to believe that the symbols represent a family. The second clue was kept in each soldier's belt, which contained a prayer. While each prayer had the same structure, they all had different recipients. In the case of the two soldiers, the recipients were the same. What was then presumed is that soldiers did not worship a specific god, but instead prayed to family deities or ancestors for blessings during combat.
